What is NAIOP?

Northeast Florida NAIOP, serving the Greater Jacksonville Commercial Real Estate market, fulfills three important roles:

1. Legislative Voice: Promotes effective public policy, through its grassroots network, to create, protect and enhance property values. Our trade group is the collective voice that lobbies on critical Commercial Real Estate issues in the local, state, and national legislative forums.
2. Continuing Education:  NAIOP NE Florida provides opportunities for continuing education through events, online articles and access to the NAIOP Research Foundation so you can stay ahead of the competition.
3. Networking and Business Opportunities: Our charitable work in the community as well as producing Commercial Real Estate events allow members to interact, build relationships and stay informed. A variety of programs and special events are planned throughout the year: monthly speakers and issue forums, bus tour highlighting hot spots in the commercial real estate market and a fall golf tournament.

The individual state chapters; the statewide organization, NAIOP of Florida; and NAIOP National pool resources to effect change and protect the integrity of the industry on issues such as:

NAIOP: More than Real Estate Agents

Established in 1985, the Northeast Florida Chapter membership is 250+ strong. Statewide, NAIOP represents more than 1,500 members. With such a diverse group of professionals involved in commercial real estate, the networking opportunity for members has never been so strong. While the primary goal of NAIOP national and its more than 16,000 members is founded in legislative advocacy and education, the continued growth of your local NAIOP chapter means greater opportunity to meet with your industry peers on a regular basis. This marriage of professionals under one organization features a variety of industry players including:
