NAIOP’s Developing Leaders of Northeast Florida consists of commercial real estate professionals who are 35 or under. The program is a catalyst for young professionals looking to propel their career to the next level. The Developing Leaders provide the tools, networking and resources required to gain that competitive edge.

“To provide a forum focused on networking, education, and community involvement for young professionals to grow as leaders within the Northeast Florida commercial real estate industry.”
NAIOP started its Developing Leaders program in 2008 and by the end of the year it grew to 45 members, the fastest growing segment of the 295 member group. Developing Leaders Chair Tom Mundy aims to grow the group by 20 percent in 2009 by offering lower fees, more interactive meetings and, most importantly, more networking.
